We are Silence Speaks Ltd. We are also known as the data controller. We sell educational DVDs and software on acupuncture and human anatomy. The acupuncture-dvd.com website, is owned and operated by Us. Should you wish to access any information that we store about you, please write to us at the address published on our website.

Collection of Information from our Clients.
In order to fulfill your order (for example - for the purchase of training DVDs), we need to know certain personal information collected at time of order. It is our policy that this information is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide to us is stored in a secure location, and is accessible only by designated staff. It will be used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. We will not sell, rent or trade any personal information you provide to us.

Keeping you informed
We would like to tell you by e-mail or other electronic means about products and services which believe would be of interest to you and which are offered by us and other selected companies. We also aim to keep you informed of any "service announcements" that may affect your account. If you do not want us to do this simply un-check this option during the order process, or email us at any time and request removal. RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Silence Speaks Ltd will gladly refund the price of any individual DVD(s) if returned unopened (plastic wrap intact) and within 1 month from the date of purchase. If your DVD does not work properly for any reason, please follow the steps below to obtain a replacement unit. You can phone, fax, mail, or e-mail your request to us, and we will respond to your request within one week. We will review your request, and if approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number. The return authorization number is how we will identify your return in our records and must be clearly labeled on each box being returned. Boxes shipped to us without our authorization number will be returned at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for freight charges for returns.

WHEN RETURNING ITEMS FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS PLEASE BE SURE TO:

1. All individual DVDs are in resalable condition (Each DVD has the plastic wrap intact). A CD/DVD can ONLY be refunded if the seal/label HAS NOT been broken. Defective DVD(s) are an exception to this rule and will be replaced if found to be defective.

2. Packages are secure.

3. Defective or damaged items are clearly marked.

4. Our return authorization number is clearly marked on each box.

5. The returned items are received by our office by or before the return deadline date which is three weeks from the issuance of the authorization number.

6. A refund fee of 10% of the value of the returned DVD(s) will be deducted from the refund. (Value of return – 10% of the value of the return = refund). Refunds on prepaid orders or orders with paid invoices will be completed within a period of 3 weeks after we receive your return.
